It's important to understand that the results generated by our AI virtual try-on technology are intended for visualization purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of actual fit or appearance. While we strive to offer an evolving and engaging experience, Oleana reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, without prior notice. We make no assurances regarding the permanent availability of any particular feature or the Service in its entirety.

You are solely accountable for all activities associated with your account and for ensuring the confidentiality of your login credentials. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to utilize the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You are expressly forbidden from reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works of, publicly displaying, publicly performing, republishing, downloading, storing, or transmitting any of the material on our Service, except as generally permitted by the normal functionality of the app. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the application is strictly prohibited.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without giving effect to its conflict of law principles.
